Distilled in August 2020 at Whittaker's family-run distillery in the Yorkshire Dales, this very limited edition run single cask whisky was matured in an ex-Oloroso cask and bottled in February 2025.

Only 141 bottles were made, so this is very limited availability indeed.

Whittaker's use predominantly ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry and ex-Rum casks, so look out for these different expressions. The distillery have new cask finishes in the pipeline so stay primed for more great options in the future. The climate in this part of the world is temperate, so, not only is it the best place to produce cattle and sheep, but it also happens to be excellent for maturing casks.
