Doghouse Distillery

Doghouse Distillery, based in Battersea, was established in 2016 and is London’s only multi-category grain-to-bottle distillery. That means they make a broad range of spirits using a base spirit they've made themselves from scratch.

Doghouse buys malted grain and then mashes, ferments and distils it themselves. The resulting spirit is not only unique to them, but makes them the only grain-to-glass vodka producer in Greater London. Even though it is more expensive to make it from scratch than to buy in a pre-made spirit, it gives them total control over the final quality!

Doghouse's English wheat vodka is currently the only vodka made from scratch in London. The team use a bespoke 21m tall copper vodka distilling column, the only one of its kind in London. Doghouse is one of fewer than 20 vodka producers in the whole of the UK.
