Rosemullion Distillery is a craft distiller of artisan Cornish gin, rum and whisky. Founded in 2018, they are a multi-award-winning distillery operating from their own orchard in Helford River, Cornwall!
Rosemullion rums are fermented from molasses and distilled in a copper-pot still that helps retain essential rum flavours. This is followed by oak-aging for a smooth profile.
Rosemullion’s products are natural and don't use colouring, so some natural colour variation will exist between batches. The distillery remains dedicated to the ethos of running a true artisan operation, distilling in batches of just 300 to 500 bottles.
