We use Lipscore, a Norwegian company, that specialises in customer ratings and reviews for a wide range of retail and service businesses. We selected them because they:
- Make it super easy to leave feedback on our products and services
- Ensure that all ratings and reviews come from genuine buyers of products
- Prevent ratings and reviews from being manipulated, faked, or filtered
In short, at Digital Distiller, we want you to be 100% certain that the reviews you are reading are given by independently verified customers who have actually bought the products.
What's the process?
- You buy a product
- A while later (usually about 10 days), an email invites you to rate it.
- Clicking the stars auto-verifies you securely via a unique token.
- Leave a short review alongside your rating if you wish
- Your name, from the store's order system, appears with the review, supporting the fact it is a real purchase
- A "Verified Buyer" badge confirms each review's authenticity.
