Ad Gefrin is an international team of distillers, brought together from all corners of the globe, work out their passion for whisky and gin by curating the entire distillation process from beginning to end – from the arrival of their own malted barley grown locally to the sealing of their whisky casks and bottling.
Their two huge copper stills were manufactured and hand-beaten by Forsyths of Rothes, the world’s leading manufacturer of distillation equipment. Each weighs three tonnes and took over 1,200 man-hours to build.
