Alex started his career at Berry Bros. & Rudd, the ultra-premium 325 year old wine & spirit retailer where he ran their award-winning online business. Later he headed up the team at Waitrose Wine Direct (later Waitrose Cellar) building and extending the range of wines and spirits.
Alex has held his WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Diploma since 1999. He's a fan of new wave botanical gins and English Whisky.

- We work with smaller artisan producers who create smaller batches of quality gins
- All subscribers receive an exclusive invitation to join the New Spirits Incubator, where we create new drinks together as a community
- Simply select the frequency that you would like to receive deliveries: monthly, bimonthly or quarterly
- Your first delivery will be prepared and dispatched within a few days
- You'll receive regular notifications before subsequent deliveries
- You can view upcoming deliveries and make any changes in the subscription portal

- We generally don't announce what's next in advance as many people like to receive a surprise. However, if you are desperate to know, get in touch via the contact form (but keep it to yourself!)
- We'll publish past months after they've been released so new subscribers can get a feel for the type of bottles we include
- if you don't receive a bottle in any given month (on the frequency you have chosen), we won't charge you. i.e. we charge when the order is triggered for delivery
- Payment is usually taken in the first week of the month, just prior to dispatch
As a rule of thumb, we don't include flavoured gins in our boxes as we are dedicated to providing gins that are quintessentially gin in their production and flavour.
That said, we do feature gins that use different fruits, herbs and nuts in their range of botanicals so that each delivery will give you a completely unique gin experience.
