Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery are the makers of Filey Bay Whisky which was the first single malt whisky to be made in Yorkshire. Their first distillation run was in June 2016 and the initial release was bottled in September 2019. They use a wide range of different cask finishes to create a bounty of interesting, exciting and delicious whiskies.
