Witchmark Distillery Tour and Tasting

Spend 90 minutes inside one of England's newest distilleries, set in a Grade II listed barn dating back to the 1600s on the 9,000-acre Fonthill Estate near Salisbury. Your guide walks you through how Witchmark make their spirits using barley grown in the surrounding fields and water drawn from beneath the estate, from the neutral grain spirit that forms the base of their gins and vodka to the English whisky now quietly maturing.

A guided tasting follows: savour a selection of their new make, gins and vodka, with insights into what gives each its flavour. There is time for an interactive Q&A with the team, including the story of the witch marks that inspire the brand. Not drinking or driving home? You can take a 50ml miniature of one of the samples away with you, served with tonic.

You must be 18 or over to take part in the tasting and may be asked for valid photographic ID under the Challenge 25 policy. Young people aged 12 to 17 are welcome on the tour itself (they cannot take part in the tasting) and must be supervised throughout, with a maximum of two under-18s per adult.
