Smeaton's Dry Gin, 45% Alc.
Smeaton's Dry Gin recreates a hand-written 1870s gin recipe that was discovered in the historic Bristol Archives on Smeaton Road. Crafted according to the original Bristol Method, fresh botanicals are individually distilled in traditional copper pots according to their season.

This single-minded approach to distillation captures the pure essence of each botanical, from Tuscan Juniper to hand-cut Valencia Orange. Rested for three months before release, Smeaton’s is a dry gin of exceptional balance, complexity and length.

Dartmoor 1890 Gin, 40% Alc.
A classic juniper-forward London dry gin that boasts fifteen botanicals. Just like the distillery's whisky, Dartmoor Gin 1890 is crafted in their (unconventional) antique 1,400 litre ex-Cognac still (made in France in 1890... thus the name!), and is cut with pure local Dartmoor spring water from a 200-foot deep borehole on the moor.

Rosemary, elderflower, and lots of juniper are joined by sandalwood, sharp citrus peel, and orris root.

Cooper King Dry Gin, 42% Alc.
Cooper King Distillery Dry Gin is a classic, juniper-led, carbon-negative dry gin! Some of the botanicals used were foraged from its own site, including fresh lemongrass, locally grown lavender, even honey.

Rich cardamom notes sit alongside juicy citrus notes and floral layers of local honey. A fresh, vibrant gin of exceptional character. Enjoy with Indian tonic water and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
