A balanced, lush blend offering ripe hedgerow fruits on the palate with herbal notes, malty cereal, chocolate, leather, and honey. There is a refined, subtle minerality and a kick of spice from Fieldenâs rye whisky adding depth to the finish.

Creating an all-English blend therefore presented a new challenge for Woven. In England, despite there now being 55 distilleries making whisky, there is no tradition of supplying liquids for blending as in Scotland. The pressure to do justice to the quality of the components intensified when Woven realised Experience No.22Â Pastures New would be the worldâs first 100% English blended whisky.
