Copperfish Distillery

Copperfish Distillery was founded on the waterfront in Looe, Cornwall, where the sea, the land, and the spirit of craft come together. What began as a passion for distilling has grown into a distillery and bar that celebrates Cornwall’s character with every bottle made.

Copperfish make their spirits entirely in-house; from fermenting and distilling to ageing and bottling. Using Cornish ingredients wherever possible, whether sloes foraged from local hedgerows, molasses distilled and oak-aged into a rich Cornish rum, their spirits are crafted in small batches in their bespoke copper still.
