These gins are distilled with the botanicals (as opposed to flavoured with them afterwards) so they are elegant, subtle and pair well with mixers.

These gins are made by our Distillery Partners, Wharf Distillery,.

Using their base London Dry gin, extra botanicals are added to give different taste profiles. With a generous base of juniper the additional flavours shine through, subtle at first, adding to the complexity and enjoyment.

Lemon and Basil Gin, 40% vol.

Taking inspiration from the Mediterranean, this fabulously fresh gin is perfect for reminding you of those hot summer evenings.

Simply add plenty of ice, a twist of lemon peel and some fresh basil leaves to really make the flavours pop.

A great match with Mediterranean tonic mixers.

Orange and Pomegranate Gin, 40% vol.

A classic marriage of sweet orange and subtle pomegranate.

Try pairing with middle eastern food. A great match with a classic tonic or ginger ale.

Mango and Cucumber Gin, 40% vol.

A stunning combination of sweet fruity mango and light refreshing cucumber. Refreshing and cooling.

Serve with heaps of ice and a strip of cucumber, topped with a sprig of mint.
