Distilled in sunny Yorkshire with 100% locally-grown barley and aged in bourbon casks, this whisky offers delightful notes of honeycomb, vanilla, and peachy fruit. There's a very pleasing floral finish with gingerbread and citrus peel.

Perfect for those who like a fruitier style of whisky. Flagship is light and creamy, natural in colour and non chill filtered. An excellent introduction to English Whisky!

1 x Cooper King Dry Gin, 70cl, 42% Alc.

A classic, juniper-led, carbon-negative dry gin! Some of the botanicals used were foraged from the distillery's own site, including locally grown lavender.

Rich cardamom notes sit alongside juicy citrus notes and floral layers of local honey. A fresh, vibrant gin of exceptional character. Enjoy with Indian tonic water and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

Distilled, bottled and labelled by hand at the distillery, using 100% renewable energy.

1 x Spirit of Yorkshire Cream Liqueur, 70cl, 20%

This Award-winning Cream Liqueur from The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery blends their single malt (made with 100% homegrown barley) together with the richest dairy cream to create a beautifully balanced and complex cream liqueur of exceptional quality and flavour.

Go classic and serve it straight up into glasses over ice. Or for something a bit different, whip it into double cream to have with... well pretty much anything is improved with this added! Forget Baileys, this is on another level!
