Process
Our Yorkshire Spiced Rum Liqueur is made in the same way as Two Lasses Yorkshire Spiced Rum, with the key difference being the addition of more sweetness and a reduction in alcohol content. The process begins with raw sugar cane molasses, which is fermented over 4 to 7 days with a unique yeast strains to create a rich base of flavours. Distilled using both traditional double retort pot stills and an 8-plate column still, they blend four distinct distillates to craft a bold, well-rounded spirit.

Flash-aged for 24 hours with a mix of heavily charred French and American oak chips, this process imparts toasted pecan, winter spice, vanilla, and coconut notes. Blended with ginger and the distillery's secret Yorkshire Parkin recipe, this rum embodies the spiced warmth and rich sweetness that pay homage to this beloved northern treat.
