The thing I love most about a great drink is not just the flavour (although this matters a lot!), but the opportunity to stop, sip and connect with others. A chance to slow down and be with people you enjoy.

These moments, so often enhanced by something tasty, can turn that moment into a memory - I'm sure we can all remember certain meals or gatherings where the food and drink only added to the pleasure of being with great people!

The distillery owners and smaller spirits producers I meet are deeply passionate and focused on making the best possible products they can, only to have them frrequently disregarded by big distribution outlets and retailers because their production is focused on quality over quantity.

I set up Digital Distiller, because these English Distilleries deserve to be known further afield!
