Barley is a brand new release from award winning indie bottlers The Heart Cut. It brings together malts from 5 leading english distilleries: Copper Rivet, The English, Cotswolds, White Peak and Adnams, combining each distillery's distinct fingerprint into one layered, modern blend. A rich and vibrant whisky, abounding with notes of summer fruits and thick vanilla ice cream.

Shaped by insight from over 5,000 whisky drinkers, Barley is built around the flavours people have said they love the most - summer fruits, vanilla cream and gentle spice.

A small-batch English Blended Malt with provenance and transparency at its core, bottled at 46% for perfect balance in the glass - delicious sipped neat, shaken up in a Whisky Sour, or stirred down in an Old Fashioned.

Non Chill Filtered. Natural Colour.

Strawberry Jam / Thick Vanilla Cream / Cinnamon Buns / Fresh Raspberries / Orange Blossom

50ml The Heart Cut x BARLEY
10ml Spiced Honey Syrup*
Dash Orange Bitters
Dash Angustura Bitters

Stir all ingredients together in mixing glass. Add cubed ice, and stir until cold (30 seconds). Strain into rocks glass over a large block of ice and garnish with an orange twist.
