A rare glimpse of Witchmark whisky to come, this limited release New Make Spirit is drawn directly from their copper pot stills and bottled at 60% Alc. It offers whisky lovers the chance to experience the unadulterated character of Witchmark spirit before it begins its maturation journey.
Crafted from barley grown in the fields of Wiltshire’s historic Fonthill Estate and water drawn from the chalk aquifers beneath its downs, this spirit embodies the distillery's grain-to-glass philosophy. Slow fermentation and generous distillation cuts create a light, fruity, and creamy profile designed to carry the essence of the land into maturation.
Already smooth and full of character, this Distiller’s Cut is a promise of the single malts that will debut from Witchmark in 2027.
Nose: Fresh, clean, and malty
Palate: Smooth and creamy with gentle warmth, lifted by notes of toasted biscuit and apple tart
Finish: Long and textural, with lingering malty sweetness and rich creaminess.
