This exclusive english single malt whisky is made by Bimber Distillery for ultra luxe department store Fortum & Mason. Using 100% English grown barley, the whisky has matured first in ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to a rare fino sherry butt from renowned producer Bodegas Tradicion in the heart of Spain's sherry capital: Jerez.
This is a rare whisky of notable provenance. Rich and nutty, with baked dough, appley fruits and a charming mineral salinity. One of only 857 bottles produced.

Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
