What to Expect

You’ll be guided through the full process of how we craft our Sussex Brandies, Grape Vodka, and Liqueurs following every step of the journey from grape to glass. Along the way, you’ll discover what makes our spirits truly distinctive, from careful fermentation to expert distillation and maturation.

There’s usually something special fermenting in the background too, giving you an even closer look at the craft in action. Throughout the tour, you’ll also learn about our commitment to sustainability — from responsible grape sourcing and careful land management to energy efficiency and reducing waste wherever possible.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting session, where you’ll have the opportunity to fully appreciate the character, depth, and craftsmanship behind our Sussex Brandy and other signature spirits.

Exit the A23 at the A272 (Haywards Heath / Petersfield / Bolney Exit) and head towards Bolney on the Cowfield Road/ A272. Go past the village exits at the Gulf Service Station and turn right up Foxhole Lane. 400 yards, turn left into Bookers Vineyard and follow the signs to the distillery.
