Sacred Old Tom Gin, 70cl
Sacred Old Tom Gin is a high-strength interpretation of the 18th-century staple: bold notes of Juniper and naturally sweet Liquorice Root - the addition of Spanish Sweet Orange Peels gives an enticing lick of freshness to this classic sweeter gin.
This is a natural product with a high proportion of distilled Liquorice, which usually throws a fine white sediment with the addition of a mixer - this is completely normal!

Add two drops of orange bitters and two drops of Maraschino Liqueur to a chilled martini glass. Add half a shot of Vermouth and two shots of Sacred Old Tom Gin, directly from the freezer. Garnish with orange zest.
