Inspired by the nostalgic warmth of Yorkshire Parkin (a local gingerbread), this rum is a full-bodied tribute to tradition, craft, and northern soul. It’s made from scratch in Northern England and blended for depth, comfort, and unmistakable character.
On the nose, expect a welcoming hug of ginger, treacle and toasted spice, rich and aromatic, like a cake baking in a warm kitchen. The first sip is silky with vanilla and dark caramel, coating the mouth like golden syrup on sponge. As it lingers, it deepens into plump raisins, perfumed ginger and festive spice, echoing the finish of a classic homemade Parkin. Bold, warming, and satisfying to the core.
