1 x Wire Works Caduro English Whisky

A double Gold award-winning English single malt whisky, lightly peated and blended from spirit rested in a range of bourbon barrels as well as White Peak Distillery's signature STR (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred) French wine barriques. This whisky embodies the passion and dedication of the Derbyshire distillery and perfectly showcases their innovative approach.

Approachable yet complex, with a delicious flavour profile combining green apple, banana and candy cane on the nose, with citrus zest, cereal and tobacco on the palate, and a warm, spicy finish with good mouthfeel and a wisp of smoke.

1 x Shining Cliffs Original Gin

Created from scratch and bottled at 45% ABV, White Peak Distillery's Shining Cliff Original Gin is distilled in a 650 litre copper pot still (called Betty), using the vapour distillation method, which preserves nuances found in more delicate botanicals.

Crafted from thirteen botanicals including rose hip, bilberry & local mayflower. This original Gin is delicately infused using vapour distillation to create a savoury, perfectly balanced Derbyshire dry gin. Vapour distillation in our copper still helps to develop a smooth, complex and balanced spirit.

1 x Cask Aged Rum

An authentic, small-batch Derbyshire Cask Aged Rum. Agricole style with funky notes of crème caramel and smoke, with a sweet vanilla finish.

No added flavourings, sugar or colour, the golden hue comes solely from the oak cask. Enjoy neat, or with ginger beer and a wedge of lime. Awarded a Great Taste star in 2022.
