Premium American oak barrels are ideal for ageing whisky and impart delicious notes of vanilla and honey. This sweet and malty cask strength expression is a wonderful expression of the Cotswolds Distillery character.

1 x Ludlow Pedro Ximénez Cask, 70cl, 42% Alc.

Withonly 70 bottles produced, this Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Edition is painstakingly handcrafted using the finest malted barley and purified water; with a proportion of the malt slowly and gently smoked in a peat kiln.

The spirit is triple-distilled before being aged in ex-American bourbon casks, and then Scottish whisky casks. Fragrant notes of heather-honey, malt, a subtle hint of butterscotch and crème caramel, balanced with a rich fruity sweetness.

1 x Henstone 5 year old Ex-Bourbon Cask, 70cl, 46% Alc.

Henstone 5 year old Ex Bourbon Cask has been aged in a single ex-bourbon cask. The entire process from mashing, distilling, ageing and bottling has been carefully done by the Henstone Distillery team themselves. The result? An incredibly smooth, yet complex whisky with layers of flavour and an long, long finish. Only 342 bottles made.
