Shining Cliff Dry Gin, 45% Alc.

Created from scratch and bottled at 45% ABV, White Peak Distillery's Shining Cliff Original Gin is distilled in a 650 litre copper pot still (called Betty), using the vapour distillation method, which preserves nuances found in more delicate botanicals.

Crafted from thirteen botanicals including rose hip, bilberry & local mayflower. This original Gin is delicately infused using vapour distillation to create a savoury, perfectly balanced Derbyshire dry gin. Vapour distillation in our copper still helps to develop a smooth, complex and balanced spirit.

Serve with premium standard tonic and garnish with orange peel, orange slices and/or bay leaf.

Shining Cliff Citrus Gin

Crafted from ten botanicals, including citrus peel, lemon thyme, lemon verbena and lime tree leaves. The bright fresh citrus notes combine with juniper, angelica root and English coriander for a refreshing, classic Derbyshire Dry Gin.

Drink with a premium standard tonic and garnish with citrus wedges or peels of zest.

The look and feel for the range of Shining Cliff Gin is a reflection of the history and heritage of distillery's location. The old entrance sign to the ancient woodland has influenced the label font and the Victorian flourishes give it a sense of place, linking it to the Wire Works of the 19th century where the gin is now made.
