Rooted in Northamptonshire’s rich countryside heritage, this classic gin is a fresh take on tradition. Bright lemongrass and zesty citrus lift the palate, while delicate elderflower and fragrant heather tips add a soft, floral elegance. It’s a crisp, beautifully balanced spirit that celebrates local fields and hedgerows in every sip.

SAFINE DRENC is Anglo-Saxon for Juniper drink.

Carefully selected botanicals are lovingly distilled in a copper alembic pot still called Velocity.

Rich in Juniper aromatics with hints of lemongrass, heather and elderflower. Serve with an elderflower tonic and, if you're feeling fancy, with a half a stick of lemongrass split longways.

Suitable for Vegans and Coeliacs.
