A juniper forward, rich and bold gin expression with botanical complexity from locally foraged Douglas fir, crab apple and red clover. This is a robust, smooth and flavoursome traditional London Dry Gin.

Housed in a premium organically shaped Italian glass bottle, with pictures of the Peak District beaming through a luxury double sided label, adorned with leather cord and complete with a hand made and hand glazed stoneware millstone, made by distillery owner Ade Cole and fired in the pottery kiln on the farm. Topped off with a classy walnut stopper. This is a true artisan product and an amazing spirit to enjoy yourself or gift to a loved one.
