Landlocked award-winning English Pineapple Rum offers a bold, uncompromising depth of real fruit flavour.

The Three Counties Spirits team lovingly spit-roast whole pineapples over glowing coals, basting each one with their homemade caramel until they're perfectly caramelised. The roasted pineapple flesh continues to be infused with that luscious caramel for a full seven days. No artificial flavourings! This rich, infused caramel is then finally blended with the distillery's signature rum, made from scratch.

The result is a naturally sweet, beautifully balanced, and incredibly smooth rum. Works beautifully in tropical style cocktails, or simply focus on its carefully crafted flavour neat with an ice cube or two. Also amazing used as a glaze for ham or pork, or in a homemade pineapple upside-down cake.
