Henstone Ex-Oloroso Cask Whisky is a true delight, matured in two small Oloroso sherry firkins for an intense flavour experience. Enjoy notes of rich toffee, dark fruits, and sweet spices for a unique and memorable sip.

The spirit matured for over three years in ex-Jim Beam (bourbon) casks before being transferred to a 125 litre ex-oloroso quarter cask. Bottled at 46%, there are only 195 bottles in this batch, making it very rare indeed!

Henstone Distillery is an English distillery that makes whisky, gin, vodka, apple brandy, and a corn liquor. It was established in Shropshire, United Kingdom in 2017. The spirits are made in a 1,000 litre still named Hilda.
