Notes of raspberry and blackcurrant over a core of malty vanilla and a whiff of white pepper. Develops into demerara sugar, cinnamon and toasted nuts. An accomplished whisky with plenty of complexity.
1 x Ex-Bourbon Cask Matured English Single Malt Whisky, 70cl
The spirit has taken on typical golden colour from the Bourbon cask. On the nose there are vanilla aromas as you would expect from a bourbon cask. There are toffee notes on the palate, crème brulé and marshmallow and honey.
1 x Ex-Oloroso Sherry Cask Matured English Single Malt Whisky, 70cl
A rich, golden colour, sweet sherry aromas and a complex flavour profile of hazelnut, coconut, marzipan and sultanas on the palate, with hints of gingerbread and treacle.
