Cotswolds Signature Single Malt English Whisky, 46.0% Alc.

Honey, butterscotch and stoned orchard fruits with a hint of marzipan. Treacle and spiced marmalade. Sounds like heaven!

This is the original single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery (and indeed the first single malt whisky to ever be distilled in the Cotswolds!). Produced using barley grown  locally in the Cotswolds, distilled in their substantial copper pot stills, before being aged in a mix of ex-bourbon and red wine casks.

Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt English Whisky, 57.4% Alc.

A top notch English Whisky from one of England's prettiest located distilleries. Distilled from locally-grown barley, this particular bottling was matured in both American and Spanish oak barrels which previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries.

The nose has appealing toasty fruitcake notes, with spiced apple, brown sugar, and candied ginger. On the palate, there is orange peel, dried fruits and vanilla.

Cotswolds Peated Cask Single Malt English Whisky, 59.6% Alc.

Using floor-malted Odyssey barley, along with Anchor and Fermentis yeasts, the spirit is allowed to age in ex-peated quarter casks: much smaller than your standard whisky cask. These smaller casks add a delicate smokiness to the whisky - harmonious and well integrated rather than a beast of a peat monster. Distinctive and stylish.

Cotswolds Bourbon Cask Single Malt English Whisky, 59.1% Alc.

Entirely matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks giving an abundance of rich vanilla, orchard fruit and toasty oak. Smooth, with a honeyed, malty finish.

Cotswolds Founder's Choice Single Malt English Whisky, 60.5% Alc.

The Cotswolds Founder's Choice has matured in American oak red wine (STR) casks that were Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred: a process created by the late Dr. Jim Swan. After ageing, this deeply coloured whisky has been bottled at cask strength, 60.5% alc., bringing out all those toffee, toasty oak, malt and red fruit flavours.
