Cooper King Gin Duo, 2 x 70cl | Dry Gin | Herb Gin

Unusually, Cooper King cold-vacuum distils its gin, one of only a handful of distilleries in the country to do so. This approach is perfectly suited to the botanicals extracting the most well-rounded, fresh and oily flavours.

Distilled, bottled and labelled by hand at the distillery, using 100% renewable energy. Additionally, the distillery removes 1kg more CO2e from the atmosphere than it emits by working with a verified offsetting scheme, and plants 1 square metre of UK native woodland, for each bottle sold. Pretty impressive!

Founded in 2016 by Dr Abbie Neilson and Chris Jaume after a stint in Tasmania learning at distilleries there, Cooper King is based 10 miles north of York.

Cooper King Distillery Dry Gin is a classic, juniper-led, carbon-negative dry gin! Some of the botanicals used were foraged from its own site, including fresh lemongrass, locally grown lavender, even honey.

Rich cardamom notes sit alongside juicy citrus notes and floral layers of local honey. A fresh, vibrant gin of exceptional character. Enjoy with Indian tonic water and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

Cooper King Distillery Herb Gin, with gentle aromas of fresh basil, perfectly balanced with aromatic lemongrass and cloves, this is a fresh and bright gin, ideal in a classic G&T with Indian tonic water and a slice of orange. Garnish with a basil leaf.
