Ingredients
30ml Abingdon Distillery Wild Oxen Pure White Rum
30ml Spirit of the Downs Sussex Brandy
30ml Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Rum, Cognac, Cointreau, and the fresh lemon juice.
Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
