The 1 hour tours operate every day, 3 times a day (twice on Sundays).

Monday to Saturday: 11am, 1pm and 3pm

From field...
Your tour will start with a detailed introduction in the tasting room, led by one of their brilliant guides. You’ll hear about how they farm sustainably, and how their barley and water are unique to them and only them.

...to bottle...
You’ll then head into the still house where you’ll find out all about the intricate details of the whisky-making process and gain a full understanding as to what makes the Spirit of Yorkshire so distinctive in its distilling process.

...to glass!
Finally, you’ll finish your tour with a guided tasting of three of their whiskies. Questions are encouraged and curiosity welcomed!

Booking Information

Book Ahead You must book your time and day at least 12 hours in advance of your desired date. Places are subject to availability. Please book well in advance of your visit to avoid disappointment.
Walk-ins Pre-booked tours only. No walk ins.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the distillery team on 01723 891758 at your earliest convenience if you can no longer attend the tour you have booked. They are open 7 days a week between 09.00 hours and 17.00 hours. They will make every effort to re-arrange the tour you have booked to a more convenient time, however, unfortunately, tour tickets are non-refundable.

Age & Restrictions

Minimum Age 6 years
Children Permitted (Everyone over the age of 6 is welcome to join a tour. The Distillery cannot allow anyone under the age of 6 into the still house. Therefore under 6s cannot join the tour. This includes babes-in-arms.)
Dogs As this is a working distillery, only Assistance Dogs are allowed into the distillery building. This includes the distillery shop and the Pot Still Coffee Shop.

Wheelchair Access There is onsite wheelchair access to the coffee shop and distillery via lifts and ramps.

By Car

If you are approaching Hunmanby from the south via Reighton, fork left on to Bridlington Road and the distillery is on your right. If you coming through Hunmanby itself from the north or west, take Bridlington Road through the town and the distillery is on your left.

By Bus

There is a stop on Cross Hill, near the church and there is another one on Hungate Lane. Both are about a 15 minute walk or 3 minute car journey. The bus stop is 0.8 miles from the Distillery.
