Being both a brewery and a distillery, Grasmere can ferment and distil whatever they like: from lager to whisky. Everything is made by hand, in Grasmere itself, with good quality ingredients.
Blending traditional distillation on copper pot stills with the finest oak casks, and using adventurous techniques from our brewery roots, the team have one goal: incredible liquid.
From 2024, the copper pot stills are running on used vegetable oil, recycled from the tap room, so they are now 100% powered by green renewable energy!
