About Cotswolds Distillery: Founded in 2014 by Dan Szor in England's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Cotswolds was the first distillery to produce whisky in the Cotswolds. Using 100% locally-grown barley and innovative STR (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred) casks developed by the legendary Dr. Jim Swan, they've quickly become England's most popular whisky distillery.
