A superbly approachable and versatile single malt whisky, launched in 2023 to challenge traditional Irish, American and Scotch Whisky blends. Matured in a mix of ex-Bourbon and American Virgin Oak casks that lend rich aromas of vanilla and toffee to the liquid. Great for sipping or mixing into longer serves – the perfect all-rounder.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep gold
Nose: Toffee, poached pears, candied citrus fruits, fig and sultanas, balanced by sweet vanilla
Palate: Rich and full bodied, dried fruit and cinnamon, dark chocolate and espresso
