Premium Craft Rum
The distillery team carefully make their rum from scratch in Oxfordshire. They control the entire process from start to finish - after a long 7 day open top fermentation using Organic Columbian panela (dried cane juice) to create a unique flavour profile, their pure white rum is distilled in a mighty 650L copper hybrid still called Big Phil. Exceptionally smooth & unique, the final rum has notes of vanilla, white chocolate, coconut & cracked black pepper.
Small Batch Gin
Each gin batch is limited to 130 bottles - this allows the team to focus on producing hand crafted spirits of the highest quality. All the gins are distilled using the ‘one shot’ method. Only purified water is added post distillation and they don't use any concentrates, artificial colours or flavourings.
