Nose: Soft layers of apple strudel, banoffee and roasted lemon. Hints of raspberry leaf and thyme
Palate: Creamy and flaky pastry, biscoff, and malted cereals. Caramelised nuts and toasted grain
Finish: Warming ginger and cinnamon with a gentle trace of cardamom and cumin
This is a limited edition single year harvest from 2020.
Fielden takes a regenerative and sustainable approach to growing the grain that goes into their whiskies. This means using heritage grains, grown in clover, and without chemicals. It’s a more sustainable way of farming that’s better for the soil, the grain and the wildlife. And it makes a whisky full of flavour!
