Your guide walks you through how Witchmark make their spirits using barley grown in the surrounding fields and water drawn from beneath the estate, from the neutral grain spirit that forms the base of their gins and vodka to the English whisky now quietly maturing. Witchmark is a certified B Corp and works with the charity Plantlife to protect juniper on the local chalk downland.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA guided tasting follows: savour a selection of their new make, gins and vodka, with insights into what gives each its flavour, and there is time for an interactive Q\u0026amp;A about their distilling and the witch marks that inspire the brand. Under 12s are not permitted on the tour.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSuitable flat, closed-toe footwear must be worn.
