Devil's Botany Absinthe Regalis, 70cl
Herbaceous & complex, the infamous trinity of grand wormwood, green anise, and fennel seed is enlivened with the finest spices sourced from around the world, including cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and galangal root. Devil's Botany Absinthe Regalis is naturally coloured with botanicals that can be found growing wild across Britain.
Boldly British, Irresistibly Spiced.
Devil's Botany Absinthe Regalis is inspired by the discovery of a 1719 elixir distilled by apothecaries in London. Nearly a century before the first absinthe distilleries opened elsewhere in the world, London’s dram-drinkers were already enjoying their own locally distilled absinthe. Praised for its revitalising flavour, this noble aperitif has been found most effective in raising the spirits for over 300 years.
Tasting Notes
Complex & deeply aromatic, the unmistakable trinity of grand wormwood with green anise & fennel seed is followed by a delightful warmth from cardamom, cinnamon & nutmeg. An intoxicating combination of herbs and spices live on the palate long after each sip with a distinct creamy and tongue-numbing mouthfeel. The appearance is vibrant emerald and clear from the bottle. Essential oils from green anise and fennel seed will become visible as diluted, resulting in a beautifully opaque glass of absinthe.
Made with 100% natural ingredients. No sugar added. Vegan friendly. No additives. No artificial colouring.

What is Absinthe?
Absinthe is a botanical spirit distilled with grand wormwood, green anise and fennel seed, also known as the holy trinity of absinthe. In addition to these three, each distiller can use their own blend of botanicals to achieve the unique flavour profile they are after. Traditional absinthe is a spirit, not a liqueur. No sugar should be added when bottled. All distilled absinthes start clear. In order to create a traditional green style of absinthe, this distillate is then infused with a new mix of botanicals to get its natural colour from chlorophyll.
