"V" Spiced Rum, 70cl

Velvet Buccaneer

Tropical and tart with warm vanilla undertones, this is fruit-forward yet elegant.

Ingredients

• 50ml "V" Spiced Rum
• 25ml Fresh Passion Fruit juice (or ½ fresh passion fruit, seeds strained)
• 15ml Lime juice
• 10ml Vanilla syrup (or simple syrup for less sweetness)
  

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.
2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with half a passion fruit floated on top or a delicate lime twist

Spiced Old Havana

A rich and aromatic drink — think Old Fashioned meets Caribbean spice. Balanced sweetness, warming spice, and a citrus lift. A sipping drink with depth and class.

Ingredients

• 50ml "V" Spiced Rum
• 10ml Rich Demerara Syrup (2:1 sugar to water) or swap with Orange Liqueur
• 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters (Angostura or similar)
  

Method

1. Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. Express orange peel over the glass and drop it in.
